Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best insurance policies to meet their needs. You will utilize your sales skills and knowledge of the insurance market to analyze client requirements, communicate effectively, and negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and in-person meetings, to promote insurance products.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies based on their requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate policy details clearly and effectively to ensure clients understand their coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to secure favorable agreements for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to analyze client needs and market trends effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in insurance is advantageous.

Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
