Administration /Sales Associate
Hours of Operation Monday thru Friday 8:15am-4:30pm
Requirements,
Age 21 or over
Class 5 license, with a clean drivers abstract
Local to Slave Lake
Mature, Reliable and Good work ethic.
Willingness to learn, good communication skills, ability to work unsupervised and self motivated. Customer service orientated, comfortable with and have basic knowledge of computers.
Basic knowledge of accounting (Payables and Receivables) is a plus
Duties include but not limited to:
General Office duties (answering phones, booking appointments, filing and emailing.)
General sales duties (assisting customers with questions, research ordering product, quotations of products and services, and finalizing sales to customers, receipt of payments - use of computer system and merchant machines.)
Various shipping/receiving duties, receiving 3rd party freight, as well as general house keeping.
