Summary
We are seeking a Health & Wellness Event Volunteer to join our dynamic team at PhysioChiroWellness Integrated Health Centre. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting while contributing to our mission of promoting health and wellness in the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals in corporate or community health screening operations.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to support ongoing health initiatives.
- Help educate patients about wellness practices and treatment options.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Contribute to project management efforts for health programs and events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or interested in a relevant educational program (e.g., healthcare, kinesiology, or related fields).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices is an asset.
