Key Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to prospective clients and partners in person, over the phone, and via email to promote company services.
- Attend and represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, trade shows, and community gatherings across Québec and Ontario.
- Present and promote our energy efficiency and sustainability services to building owners, property managers, developers, and contractors.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule introductory meetings or presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to stay informed on current offerings, rebate programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Distribute promotional materials and support lead generation through direct outreach and event-based networking.
- Track interactions, leads, and progress in CRM systems and report regularly on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) – required.
- Experience in sales, client outreach, or business development—preferably in the energy, construction, or building retrofit sector.
- Confident and professional communicator, comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Knowledge of Canadian energy efficiency programs or sustainability services is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel locally as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, LinkedIn).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred.

Pay: $17.75–$25.00 per hour + commission and bonus opportunities
