We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our in-home solar sales team in the Regina area.

✔ You’ll manage a team of 10-15 consultants and earn overrides

What You’ll Do:
Recruit, Train & Develop a Winning In-Home Sales Team
- Hire, coach, and motivate solar consultants to thrive in a field sales environment
- Lead training, ride-alongs, and regular team meetings to support growth and performance
- Create a culture of accountability and results
Drive Sales & Lead by Example
- Manage the in-home sales process from appointment to close
- Join your team on appointments when needed to help close high-value deals
- Collaborate on strategy to exceed sales goals and optimize the customer journey
Deliver a Top-Tier Customer Experience
- Meet homeowners in their homes to educate them on the benefits of solar energy
- Present customized solar solutions tailored to their property and energy needs
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the installation and service team
Monitor Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs, lead conversion, and team productivity
- Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and provide clear reporting to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of sales management experience (solar or in-home sales preferred)
✔ Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a history of driving results
✔ Excellent communication and closing skills in face-to-face environments
✔ Comfort with travel throughout the Regina area to meet customers in their homes
✔ Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools
✔ Passion for clean energy and sustainability is a major plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
