  • Translate business needs into technical and information architecture requirements; review and approve related design decisions.

  • Guide continuous ECM improvements informed by user feedback, analytics, and emerging best practices.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the successful delivery and enhancement of ECM and SharePoint services.

  • Oversee the Foundation’s Records Management Program, including use of Microsoft Purview for retention and archiving.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information or Library Science, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise content management, with demonstrated, hands-on expertise as a SharePoint administrator (including SharePoint Online/Modern).

  • Relevant certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Information Architecture, or Project Management are a strong asset.

  • Proven experience designing, building, and optimizing SharePoint site architectures, modern pages, content types, permission models, and metadata strategies.

  • Advanced knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy development, term store management, and federated search within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, security, and change management practices as applied to SharePoint and ECM platforms.

  • Track record of leading and developing high-performing technical and functional teams, including cross-functional and remote staff.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate business needs into robust digital solutions.

  • Strategic, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a deep commitment to knowledge equity and the mission of the Foundation.

  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.

  • Possess professional maturity, sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable integrity that exemplifies the Foundation’s values.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to Mastercard Foundation’s values and vision.
