As a Content Producer , you’ll play a key role in planning, producing, and delivering multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social channels, product storytelling, and brand initiatives. This position blends creativity and logistics—you’ll collaborate with creative leads to ideate and script content, manage shoots, coordinate post-production, and ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and produce high-quality content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and advertising.
- Support creative concepting and content strategy across brand campaigns and evergreen storytelling.
- Lead production logistics: create shot lists, manage timelines, source talent and locations, and liaise with internal/external partners.
- Coordinate and attend photo and video shoots—handling everything from setup to wrap.
- Own post-production workflow, including selecting footage, gathering edits/feedback, and delivering final assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual and tonal standard in line with Endy’s brand identity.
- Organize and manage content libraries and production assets.
- Monitor industry and content trends to identify new formats or ideas worth testing.
Who you are:
- 2–4 years of experience in a content production or creative coordination role, ideally within a brand or creative agency.
- Demonstrated experience producing photo and video content from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of social-first content formats and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta ads, etc.).
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Trello).
- Experience working with cameras, lighting, or editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities with tight timelines.
- Post-production and editing skills.
