Now Hiring: Head Chef – Meat & Fish Section (Asian Fusion)
We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled and creative Head Chef to lead the meat and fish section in our newly renovated Asian Fusion kitchen. You’ll be working alongside a talented sushi chef and a passionate team, bringing bold, exciting flavors to life in a space built to inspire.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, including in a leadership role
- Expertise in cooking meat and fish using Asian and global techniques
- Strong understanding of flavor, balance, and modern plating
- Ability to create standout dishes with originality and consistency
- Confident leadership, clean and efficient work habits, and strong communication skills
- Experience managing food costs, inventory, and team training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
