Description of the role:
The Head Chef role at Floyd's Diner is a hands-on position and requires the Chef to lead from the front! Expect to be running the main production line between the hours of 10AM - 2PM when on shift.
Shifts are always day shifts (perks of being a breakfast and lunch restaurant!) with start times between 6:30AM and 8:30AM.
When not overseeing the main line, you will work with, train and guide the team to accomplish prep, stay on top of daily/weekly cleaning objectives and work on developing creative, fun features for the restaurant with your team!

Requirements:
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends
- Previous kitchen management experience of 2 years minimum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
