Chapa’s Café is a small, family-run Mexican-inspired breakfast and lunch spot in Dunnville, Ontario. We’re currently transitioning from Pothos Café to Chapa’s Café — the rebrand and updates are underway, but we are still operating under the Pothos name for now. We blend authentic flavors from our roots in Chihuahua with a warm, welcoming, small-town vibe.
We are looking for a full-time Head Cook to lead our kitchen with care, consistency, and creativity. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their food, knows how to run a clean and efficient kitchen, and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team. We're a family-run spot with a mix of classic breakfast dishes and authentic Mexican plates, and we’re looking for someone who can help us keep quality high while building a strong, respectful kitchen culture.
