Job Description
We are looking for an experienced gymnastics coach for Toddler & Kindergym classes.
You must:
- Love working with children.
- Feel confident to run your own classes and speak loudly and clearly.
- Have good class management skills and understand how to re-engage children in a positive way.
- A great multi-tasker with experience coaching circuit or station based gymnastics classes for age 5 and under.
- Understand how to provide constant feedback, corrections and encouragement to your students to help them grow.
- Be able to adapt to our level system, follow lesson plans and have the ability to create lesson plans when required.
- Use our Jackrabbit software to take attendance and skill track participants each class.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience coaching or 50 hours hours experience assisting
- NCCP Gymnastics Foundations Completed
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (by start date)
- Currently located in the Greater Toronto Area
You must have availability the following shift:
- Saturdays 8am-1pm
Perks:
Coaches can participate in one free adult classes per week per coaching shift (space permitting) and opportunity to learn aerial silks.
Coaches can train in our space for free during operating hours (space permitting)
