We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/General Maintenance worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of property maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in grounds keeping, general maintenance and landscape upkeep
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and care of the properties' outdoor areas
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs
- Perform daily grounds keeping and maintenance on outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for property maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management
Experience
- No experience required !!! But experience in grounds keeping or general maintenance is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
