Join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader! We are seeking a skilled individual to lead our crews in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for grounds keeping team
- Perform routine maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and planting
- Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members, clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, equipment, vehicle operation
- Proven leadership or experience training others in skills and techniques
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
