We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Junior Foreperson to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the upkeep of grounds, ensuring they are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Supervise and lead a small team of grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper planting techniques are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Maintain equipment used in grounds maintenance, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Drivers License in good standing.
Skills
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Knowledge of gardening practices, including plant selection and care.
- Ability to build structures or features within the landscape as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
