We're Hiring: Lawn Maintenance Foreperson.
Location: Hamilton, ON.
Pay: $28 - $33 per hour.
Pay: $28 - $33 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 people, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Perform lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, flower bed maintenance, pulling weeds, raking, and general clean-up.
- Safely drive and operate a company truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials.
- Monitor job site progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure expectations are met.
Job Requirements:
- Valid "G" Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- 5+ years of field experience and 3+ years of crew management experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to work long hours and Saturdays as needed.
