What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated and reliable worker with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well with a team — each driver will be paired with a team member.
- Must be able to report to our shop in North Bowmanville for shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spring and Fall Property Cleanups
- Lawn Care and Mowing- Zero-turn, String trimmers, Push mowers
- Garden Maintenance
- Snow Removal

Compensation:
- Pay: $22.5/hour plus profit sharing. Maintenance crews receive weekly profit sharing, with the potential to earn up to $28/hour. For example, the average gross pay is $950 per week.
