General Office and Warehouse Helper
Industrial Pneumatic Parts Distributor
We are looking for a General Office and Warehouse Helper to support our daily operations. This role will assist with both office and warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
" Assist with answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.
" Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
" Help organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
" Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
" Assist with receiving and stocking incoming products.
" Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
" Support the sales and management team with general tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
" Previous office or warehouse experience is an asset but not required (training will be provided).
" Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
" Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
" Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
" Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks in the warehouse.
" Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
