We provide esthetic services using the latest lasers, medical skincare and facial equipment (Hydrafacial, Skinpen microneedling, Cynosure Elite IQ ND-YAGlaser, Lumenis Lightsheer Duet laser, Clear and Brilliant Laser, Oxygeneo, Laser Facials, Laser Vein Removal, Cherry Angioma removal,skin tag removal), waxing, and more!
We carry ZO Skin Health medical skincare and are proudly a top 20 ZO account. We also Carry Skinceuticals, Elta MD, Tizo, Colorscience and more.
We are a white star Hydrafacial account and a 3 top rated Hamilton spa.
We are looking to build upon our existing team by adding a part-time client coordinator/spa assistant.

What we‘re looking for:
- A friendly, polished and professional demeanor
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience working in a similar setting
- Ability to multitask in a serene yet busy environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software
- A genuine interest in the beauty and skincare industry
- Experience with social media posting/management is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Book appointments efficiently
- Answer phones, reply to emails, answer clients inquiries
- Process check-ins and check-outs with grace and accuracy
- Maintain a calm, clean, and organized environment
- Support spa team with daily operations and client flow
- Be able sell treatments, products, and memberships in a thoughtful way
- Be a knowledgeable ambassador and face of the company
- Social media (Instagram and Facebook)
