Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join Orillia Orthodontics to cover a maternity leave for 18 months. Position would start mid-September and the hours are 8 am - 5 pm, and could be part-time or full-time days per week. This position could lead to full-time employment in the future for the appropriate candidate.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with scheduling appointments and processing payments as required
