Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a keen interest in the optical field? We are seeking a friendly, detailed-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Optical Assistant.
**This is a part time position and the right candidate must be able to work Thursday (10:00-6:00), Friday (10:00-6:00) and Saturday (8:30 -3:00) **
KEY RESPONIBILITIES:
Greet and assist patients with appointments and inquiries
Schedule and confirm patient appointment
Handle phone calls and maintain patient records
Perform Pretesting
Provide assistance with eyewear selection and fitting
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized and Welcoming
Assist with inventory management of frames and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in a medical or optical setting is a plus, but not required
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
