What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you’re the first face members see when they walk through our doors—and the last before they leave feeling stronger. You’ll be the heartbeat of the studio, keeping things running smoothly while creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting members with warmth and confidence
- Checking members in for class and managing attendance
- Answering questions in person and via our studio inbox
- Engaging with intro pass holders to help convert them into full members
- Supporting light cleaning duties to keep the studio spotless
- Assisting with equipment setup and teardown (some equipment weighs up to 130 lbs)
- Collaborating with the entire Kohr Method team to elevate the member experience

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.70-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
