Your Role
This is not a basic reception role. You’ll be the first face clients see when they walk in, while also handling sales support, data entry, and helping with our content creation. It’s a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and making them feel welcome.
- Managing appointments, calls, and emails.
- Assisting with sales: answering questions, booking consultations, and following up with leads.
- Entering and tracking data in Excel and other tools.
- Communicating with suppliers and customers professionally.
- Helping create content, including being comfortable on camera.
- Handling stressful situations and customer concerns calmly.
- Supporting the team with admin, scheduling, and showroom operations.
- Taking initiative and showing leadership when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable on camera for social media content.
- Sales skills or willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Excel and tech-savvy.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver.
- Team player with leadership potential.
- Organized, punctual, and reliable.
- Previous customer service or admin experience is an asset.
