Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, customer service and possess strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- greet all guests with a smile and positive attitude.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, and utensils.
- Pro serve is a must.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and needs promptly.
- communicate well with kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a must!
- Experience with cashiering or cash handling in a restaurant.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
