- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and services with knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Support special events or promotions as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
