We are a family based fire protection company. We are looking for an all round CFAA fire alarm technician. Responsibilities consist of fire alarm verification, inspections, repairs, maintenance & troubleshooting of fire alarm system. Maintenance of emergency lighting and portable fire extinguishers. Ability to work well unsupervised and with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, verify, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm systems.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspections, verification, and deficiencies.
- Diagnose and repair equipment, providing specific solutions and recommendations.
- Perform system upgrades, repairs, and modifications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining system reliability.
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service calls.
- Assist with additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Canadian Fire Alarm Association Certified
- Looking for Junior & Senior technicians - wage will depend on qualifications & experience
- Strong technician skills
- Walk, stand, bend and/or lift 50lbs
- Tolerate heights as required
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking & writing)
- Attention to detail
- Valid G drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
