Lexia Communications Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hardwired Alarm Technician to join our growing team in the Kelowna, BC. Your Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and program hardwired alarm systems (mainly DSC Neo)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Mount and secure panels, keypads, contacts, and other alarm components
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in line with company standards
- Represent Lexia with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience with hardwired systems, especially DSC Neo
- Strong problem-solving and installation skills
- Clear communication and excellent customer service ability
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and basic hand tools
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
- Local to Kelowna or surrounding areas
