Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive the financial strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial services, with a proven track record in budgeting, cost management, and risk analysis. Duties
- Oversee bookkeeping and accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Review account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Develop and implement budgeting strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate finance objectives and enhance overall business performance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including margin and variance reporting.
- Strengthen and monitor internal controls.
Experience
- Proven experience in finance management or a related field, demonstrating expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and financial services.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, budgeting, cost management and risk analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
