Westward Ford - Neepawa is seeking a Finance/Desking Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dealership’s finance and insurance operations while also assisting in the structuring and desking of vehicle deals. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of lending practices, and the ability to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and desk vehicle deals to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to support deal approvals and ensure accurate paperwork.
- Secure financing and leasing approvals through banks and lending partners.
- Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products in a transparent, customer-focused manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, lender policies, and dealership procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Monitor and achieve F&I performance metrics, including product penetration, gross profit, and CSI.
- Train and mentor sales staff on deal structuring, credit applications, and product presentation.
- Support dealership leadership with reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong desking/management experience, with the ability to structure complex deals.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative team approach.
