Position Overview
The Hybrid Sales & Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers.
- Completing the sales process from first contact through delivery.
- Acting as the dealership’s Business Manager, offering financial services and insurance products to customers.
- Structuring financing and leasing deals in compliance with OEM, lender, and dealership policies.
This dual-role position is designed for a proven sales professional with at least 3 years of successful experience in automotive sales who wants to expand into management and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and all brands in our used inventory.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and customers to build long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed dealership sales targets.
Finance & Business Office
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, and protection options clearly and professionally.
- Secure approvals and structure deals with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders.
- Ensure all paperwork and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal and provincial regulations.
- Protect dealership gross profit while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in automotive vehicle sales.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing (experience in F&I/Business Office is a strong asset).
- OMVIC certification required (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional, customer-first approach with high integrity.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required in a retail environment.
