Job Overview
The role of a Field and Service Technician is one of the most critical roles in the construction and customer service processes, as you are the eyes and ears of the supervisory team on active job sites and the company representative in a client’s home post-occupancy. You will complete important tasks that will assist in keeping the project on schedule, supporting the Site Supervisor’s efforts of the same. In homes that are occupied, you will get an opportunity to assess, problem solve, and remedy service and warranty items, providing peace of mind to the homeowner, ensuring they have confidence in our ability to address any and all outstanding issues in their home.
Stranville Living Master Builder constructs both single-family homes and multi-family projects in the Sparwood area of southeastern BC. The Field and Service Technician will be an integral part of ensuring these projects stay on schedule and will provide a high level of customer service to our valued homeowners. A successful incumbent will be well-rounded in residential construction experience and understand the value of customer service and how to execute it.
Duties
1. Collaborate with the Site Supervisor in completing important tasks during the construction process.
2. Collaborate with the Service and Warranty Coordinator in completing important tasks during the post-possession warranty period.
3. Be an agent for quality control.
4. Provide onsite support for trades and suppliers.
5. Problem solves on site issues.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work site.
7. Provide mentorship for the Construction Laborer.
8. Be an active and supportive member of the Stranville Living team.
Requirements

Pay: $19.41-$45.43 per hour
