The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of three gym locations, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves managing janitorial staffing, handling repairs, and performing various maintenance tasks including lighting, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and flooring work. The position requires a full-time commitment with a Monday to Friday schedule.

- Manage cleanliness and maintenance of 5 gym locations.
- Oversee janitorial staffing and ensure quality of cleaning services.
- Perform repairs including lighting, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and flooring.
- Ensure all facilities are operational and well-maintained.
