Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mowing/snow removal Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of grass cutting And snow removal, ensuring high-quality grass cutting and leading a team of workers. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. If you have a background in landscape maintenance, lawn mowing and snow removal and enjoy supervising teams, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train employees to cut the perfect lawn.and plow snow.
- Lead by example in all aspects of work, demonstrating best practices in landscaping, snow plowing and grass cutting.
- Assist in building and maintaining gardens, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional standards.
- Train new team members on snow remova, landscaping and grass cutting methods, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and grass cutting/snow removal.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to build and maintain gardens, including planting, pruning, and general upkeep. Of lawns and snow removal
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A commitment to safety practices in all landscaping/ snow removal and grass cutting activities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
