We’re looking for a highly experienced roofer or small crew lead to take full charge of a residential asphalt shingle re-roofing project in Surrey, BC. The job involves tear-off, prep, and full install of approx. 29 squares (2,900–3,000 ft²). The ideal candidate can work independently or with a helper, delivers clean, code-compliant work, and respects timelines and safety.

- Lead full re-roofing process from start to finish
- Remove existing shingles and underlayment
- Install new underlayment, flashing, and asphalt shingles
- Ensure proper ventilation and detail work (valleys, ridges, penetrations)
- Keep job site clean and safe
- Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the job

- Strong knowledge of BC Building Code and safety protocols
- Able to work independently or lead a small helper/crew
