**Position Summary:**
We are currently looking for a reliable, skilled, and experienced Hardscape Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with installing interlock, retaining walls, natural stone, and other hardscape features in residential and commercial settings.
**Responsibilities:**
* Install pavers, retaining walls, steps, curbs, and natural stone features according to plans and specifications
* Operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and other related equipment
* Read and interpret landscape construction drawings
* Maintain clean and safe job sites
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in hardscape installation
* Strong knowledge of proper base preparation, grading, and compaction
* Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Attention to detail, punctuality, and strong work ethic
