Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Ownership Team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can anticipate needs, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full time, in person position. Located in Strathmore, Alberta
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and draft internal and external communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive and company team
- Take initiative on special projects and tasks as assigned
- Track, trade and assist in market trading and risk management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or other relevant tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Trading, Market Analysis and Risk Management would be an asset
- Knowledge or background in agriculture, cattle operations, or finance would be preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
