Job Summary
Jilly Beans is an Early Learning Center for children ages 2-10 in Hanwell. We use a nature-based learning approach where a large portion of our days are spent outside exploring, learning, and playing in nature.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator to join our amazing team. If you have a true passion for children and understand the importance and value in outdoor leaning - then we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the NB Curriculum Framework.
- Provide a fun and inviting environment with many nature based activities.
- Encourage and develop positive relationships with children.
- Observe and document children's learning experiences.
- Ensure safety, health, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with families.
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education certificate preferred .
- Current First Aid with CPR-C
- Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for outdoor education and child-led learning.
