Our newly built, modern licensed childcare facility in Tuxedo Park is seeking one experienced and passionate Level 3 Educator to join our world-class team.
As a Primary Educator at Blüm, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, holistic, and respectful programming to our registered students. You will help create a safe, flexible, and engaging environment that supports early learning through thoughtful observation, modeling, inquiry, and positive reinforcement.

Core Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Government of Alberta Level 3 certification (only Level 3 applicants will be considered)
- Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within 8 weeks)
- Valid First Aid & CPR from an AHS-recognized organization
Additional Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)

- Respect and understanding of cultural diversity

- Interest or background in Montessori principles
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Actively supervise students and maintain a high standard of care
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, learning, and development
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in regular professional development opportunities

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
