A Lead Educator is required for Jackson Trails Early Learning Centre, located in St. Stephen School in Kanata
Salary - $58,381 + RRSP & Benefits
Shift: Rotates weekly between - 7:00-3:00, 8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, 9:00-5:00, 9:30-5:30 & 10:00-6:00 (Subject to change)
The candidate will have successfully completed an Early Childhood Education program, and provide proof of registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
Experience working with toddler and/or preschool children is preferred.
The Lead Educator is responsible to lead the preschool team in planning and implementing a play based curriculum that provides learning opportunities for all the developmental domains.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work between the hours of 7am - 6pm
- A police record check for the vulnerable sector dated within six months.
- Standard First Aid & Infant/Child CPR dated within 3 years
- Up-to-date immunization records and proof of immunization
