Driver / Warehouse Associate
Location: Fredericton, NBCompensation: Starting at $16.00/hour (with potential increases based on performance)Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm)
About the Role
Targetts Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving deliveries, warehouse support, and customer interaction. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who thrives in a team environment and isn’t afraid of hard work.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and deliver heavy materials (including windows and doors)
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Stock and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with contractors and clients
- Support the warehouse team with additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract (required)
- Experience with forklifts (asset)
- Ability to lift heavy materials daily and work in all weather conditions
- Own transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends if required
- Personable, motivated, and able to work well with others

Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
