Reporting to his foreman, the role of the HEO involves operating and maintaining heavy construction and earth-moving equipment to ensure safe and efficient project completion in construction, mining and roadwork environments.
What does a Dozer operator do at Caron ?
- Responsible for moving earth, rock, and debris with precision, ensuring grades are level and work zones are safe and efficient
- Operate bulldozers to clear and level land
- Follow site plans, safety guidelines, and work orders
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment
- Work as part of a tight-knit, results-driven crew
What does it take to be Dozer operator ?
- Training in heavy equipment operation or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery
- Class 5 driver's license
- WHMIS (asset)
- Surface common core (asset)
- MOL 4 step (asset)
