Formed in 1979 Eng-Con is a well established Water & Sewer contractor in the Edmonton area. We offer an excellent compensation/benefit package and foster a culture of promoting from within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Backfill Excavations
- Road Grading
- Manage excavated material
- Complete projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions that are labor intensive
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Eng-Con's safety policies
- Provide training to new employees
- Report all incidents, near misses and equipment damage to site supervision
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Able to work 10-12 hours per day Monday to Saturday
