Pay: $37–$43 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Operate a bulldozer with precision for fine grading and finish work
- Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and laser levels
- Assist with site preparation and material movement for large-scale landscape projects Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong fine-grading experience is essential
- 1–3+ years operating bulldozers and similar equipment
- Ability to read grade stakes and work to tight tolerances Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
