Job Description:
Shoreline Building Performance is growing our solar division and seeking motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote residential solar energy solutions. This is a unique opportunity to earn a stable hourly wage while also unlocking uncapped commission potential by exceeding your base pay through successful sales.
We’re looking for individuals who are confident, outgoing, and passionate about clean energy. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation about solar
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar power and available rebate/loan programs
- Set appointments for in-home consultations with our senior sales advisors
- Track leads and appointments in our CRM
- Represent the Shoreline brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- Prior door-to-door, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Must have access to a smartphone
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $17.85/hour
- Commission: Starting at 3% on sales exceeding your hourly base
- (Example: If you sell a $25,000 system and your hourly earnings for the week are $714, any commission beyond $714 kicks in at 3%: $750)
- Additional Bonus pay for meeting weekly targets

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
