MetroPro/RoyalWave Window Cleaning is seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As a Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of our company—walking neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and businesses, and offering top-tier window cleaning solutions that truly make a difference. We’re looking for individuals who are confident, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in door-to-door sales to generate new residential and commercial leads.
- Present MetroPro/RoyalWave’s window cleaning services with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Build rapport with potential customers and educate them on the benefits of our services.
- Schedule service appointments and provide on-the-spot estimates.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Track prospects and sales activity using company-provided tools (CRM or mobile apps).
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve offerings and strategies.
- Represent the MetroPro brand with integrity and pride in all interactions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred, especially in door-to-door or field sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy talking to people and are persuasive.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid of rejection.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Organized and reliable, with a commitment to follow-up and follow-through.
- Must be comfortable working independently while remaining accountable.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus, but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between neighborhoods or assigned territories.
