Are you outgoing, self-motivated, and looking to earn uncapped commission while working outdoors? AllClean Solutions is rapidly growing, and we’re hiring Door-To-Door Sales Representatives to help us reach more homes and brighten more windows in Calgary and surrounding areas!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Walking designated residential areas to promote our window cleaning services.
- Knocking on doors, speaking directly to homeowners, and introducing our services in a friendly, professional way.
- Educating potential customers about our company and booking them for a service right at the door.
- Tracking leads and following up with warm prospects.
- Representing the AllClean Solutions brand with enthusiasm, honesty, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic — you’re not afraid to hustle!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions (with exceptions).
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required — we train the right people.
- Must be 16+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.
What We Offer:
- Uncapped commission – The more you sell, the more you earn. Top reps make $1,000–$2,000+ per week.

Compensation:
- 100% commission-based with weekly pay.
- Average commission per sale: $40–$80
- Bonuses available for performance milestones.
