Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and possess a strong understanding of various online channels and strategies. This role will play a key part in executing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist in managing and updating website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimization.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, flow optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, social media advertising) to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
o Google Analytics
o Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
o Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
o Social Media Management Platforms
o Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
o Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with video editing.
