The digital marketing and social media (NMS) coordinator will have to implement the strategic actions of the company and design the digital marketing programs. Within the company, he will be responsible for all digital marketing and social media projects aimed at increasing revenue, market share and customer loyalty.
YOU'LL LOVE:
- Offer support in implementing the marketing plan;
- Manage the company's digital actions;
- Coordinate and participate in events;
- Manage budget, partners and suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous image improvement;
- Coordinate the implementation of various digital marketing projects and follow up with the people responsible in the various departments;
- Write and produce structured, engaging publications on all media using a structured content plan (organic or paid media, newsletters, etc.);
- Manage communications with customers via the various media;
- Support and advise sales, parts & service and human resources teams;
- Perform administrative tasks related to the marketing department, e.g. co-ops claims, budget tracking, purchase orders;
- Participate in various special projects.
- At least 3 years' experience in a social media coordination position;
- Good knowledge of digital media including websites, social media, email marketing and online advertising (PPC and +) ;
- Experience with WordPress ;
- Experience in SEO/SEM;
- Ability to produce static or animated content or videos for use on digital platforms;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, on time and on budget, with autonomy, rigor and analytical skills;
- Ability to collaborate with various departments, partners and suppliers;
- Proactivity in finding solutions and continuously improving communication and marketing processes;
- Creative, always finding new ways to promote sales and the company (sales, parts and service department);
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Available and flexible for occasional travel to branches and events (vehicle and driver's license required);
- Bilingualism and excellent written French ;
- Face-to-face work and telecommuting as required.
