Duties
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any dietary concerns or preferences.
- Adhere to time management practices to ensure timely meal delivery and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently when required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and moving equipment as necessary.
