We are a small, but busy, dental office looking for a full time Dental Receptionist. Your administrative skills and Tracker experience will be essential for managing patient information and scheduling appointments.
The main responsibilities of the receptionist position.
- Tracker software experience is required
- Managing patient appointments (schedule, reschedule, reminders)
- Process billing, including insurance plans
- Open and close office as required
- Charting and filing
- Work schedule may include an occasional evening and one or two Saturdays a month 9:00 to 3:00
- Work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
