Our established practice is expanding and we are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our team. We are a modern family dental office that provides comprehensive dental care. We are seeking someone with confidence and great efficiency in handling all administrative duties and has excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently as well as with our supportive team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of dental reception experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
- Respectful and great customer service etiquette.
- Excellent at handling all aspects of dental insurances and communicate positively with patients.
- Coordinate the clinic schedule for dentists and hygienists and work well with the clinical team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- 1 Saturday a month.
- No long weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
